Barstow is a major BNSF division point. Traffic divides here for the Los Angeles Basin, or the central California region and San Francisco Bay Area. There are a few stationary pieces of equipment in the Barstow station area honoring the town's Santa Fe heritage, including this FP-45 in "Super Fleet" warbonnet colors.
